Every time I try to login to att.com I am redirected to my account on directv.com. I have tried multiple browsers and multiple devices but everyone of them sends me to my DirecTV account when I try to login to my att account.

Paid my direct tv bill off years ago got to atnt for my upgrade and it still shows on my account how sway ? Then to even have the minor issue corrected direct tv is having us jump through multiple hoops & 2 hour calls to have a bill we already payed off years ago taken off so we can get our upgraded cell phones no interruptions

I am trying to access my account info for my sbcglobal email account and keep geting redirected to directtv. I do not have a direct tv account. I was on the phone with att, direct tv and direct tv stream for over 3 hours yesterday. Somehow the two accounts are linked. I simply need to delete the direct tv account. I have changed user names and passwords at all website....yahoo, att, and direct tv. What ever I do I am redirected to the directtv account that doesn't exist. Can I please get a support phone number from someone who can help me.

This issue is currently happening to me. I can log into Directv that is in my name, but can no longer sign into my ATT account that should not be linked in anyway to my Directv account because it is in my husbands name. The 2 accounts are not linked in any way but I have lost the ability to log into ATT mobile account

Same here. We signed up for fiber, cellular and stream. We have three different account numbers. The website keeps redirecting but it doesn't actually redirect to anywhere, blank screen. I chatted with ATT and they just give me the instructions on how to combine accounts which is useless when I cannot access the site. When the customer signs up for all three services at once, there should be a combined bill. I'm starting to regret the switch to ATT.

I finally figured out how to log in to my AT&T account (NOT DIRECTV) .

You can't use CHROME. You have to use a different browser like Yahoo or Microsoft EDGE.

I used the microsoft EDGE browser. That is the only way it worked for me.

Then it will take you to your AT&T account for phone, email, etc. (not directv)

Yep I had to use edge but you are just paying online, no way to set up auto pay. Stupid.

I am having the same issue and it is really annoying. I canceled my directv streaming service like 3 years and got a ATT this year. I would like these to be unlinked please and need help doing so.

5 months later and I am having the same issue. I try to log in to AT&T to access cell phone information and when I do it kicks me to DirectTV. It is absolutely ridiculous and it should not be this difficult to access. I have tried to access MyAT&T app on my cell phone but I keep getting an error code. I believe the error code is from not having my phone up-to-date on the latest software. AT&T makes plenty of money to fix this issue.

I also tried to access the Chat bar on AT&T to see if I could get a customer service rep. here is my chat below:

AT&T : Hi, I'm your AT&T virtual assistant. What can I help you with today?
Me : I am needing to transfer a line to another account but I can not transfer because it is connected to
the DirectTV account
Me : I am also needing to access details as it relates to cell phones.
AT&T : I missed that, say that again?

AT&T : I didn't get that. Can you say it again?
