    WONDERFUL

    I would love to start at the beginning and make every single recipe in this book. I found what I had for brunch at Commander's Palace (Eggs Jeanette). Of course, that is the first recipe that I made from this book. WOW, is all I can say. Directions were easy to follow, not like you would expect from a chef. I love the dialog AND the recipes. This is a great recipe book.
