Honestly, I just want to say I'm thanking God that I found Dr. Hartkop. She really listens and gets to the root of it, doesn't want to send me to five other doctors to fix it. She wants to get to the root cause of it. And I so appreciate that and how nice every single person I've ever come in contact with there. She's a new patient and so this transition has been just wonderful and I'm so thankful.

I appreciate that Dr Hartkop is very informed and answers questions clearly, concisely. She is definitive about some ways of proceeding in my healthcare and in others when there are multiple pathways to proceed, includes me in making decisions about direction of next steps in care. She is a very compassionate listener.

Getting test results on to MyChart in a timely manner is very gratifying. Getting the tests done in advance of the appoitment is great! Dr. Hartkop had to order an additional test, which they were able to do with the same blood from a few days previous. Excellent! Keep up the great interface!

Telehealth appointment. Per instructions, I logged 15 mins prior to appt time. Dr H came on 20 mins after appointment time, which was a total of 35 mins I was waiting w phone in my hand! Next time the office should cobtact me if the Dr is running late, and I will adjust.

Pleasant every time I come

Dr. Hartkop and her whole office have been nothing but wonderful the whole time I have been going there. Very professional, courteous, the office is very clean. I've always been seen when my appointment time is and I can't say enough wonderful things about her and her staff.

Dr Hartkop and the staff at this facility are always very kind and very professional when I have an appointment.

This was a good visit. Dr. Hartkop went over my records very carefully and made some changes and ordered tests she felt necessary to keep up with any changes in certain areas. Although I had to wait a bit I didn't mind as I'm sure she takes the same care with all her patients.

Great doctor and staff

Dr. Hartkop makes me feel like I am her only patient and does not rush through the appointment though I know there are others also waiting to see her. She checks her notes and inquires how my other appointments with other specialists are going and if I feel all my needs are being addressed. Love this doctor.

In my chart, I need them to change where I get my prescriptions. It used to be CVS, now it's Walgreens. So there's some confusion on that.

No waiting. Everything was perfect.

I needed a working fax # for my surgeon's office. I was given a non working fax number. Very stressful for me and slowed down getting needed forms on my chart for my upcoming surgery visit. I did eventually get office assistance with the matter

Dr. Sarah Hartkop seems to be a very compassionate physician and is very attentive to her patients. She seems to actually listen and take time with her patients, which is extremely important.

Dr. Hartkop is the best PCP I've had..ever. She's attentive, understanding, and respectful. I feel very comfortable with her. She responds timely to message via MyChart and answers all questions when in person. The receptionist are nice. The phlebotomist got me on the first poke, barely felt it.

I am so glad I found Dr. Hartkop. I think she is excellent. - I think the office staff needs more training to handle things. Way too long to answer phone calls-if they do even pickup and I believe there is some confusion or lack of flexibility at the front desk. They were pleasant but it has appeared to me there is inefficiency going on there in connecting with the medical staff. Perhaps all of that is being worked on. Thank you.

I was seen promptly at my appointment time and we addressed all of my health concerns. I am very happy with my care.

Dr. Sarah is always great when I go visit and so is her staff. Dr. Sarah listens to everything that I have to ask her and has answers for everything that I ask her about. She's very easy to talk to and it's a very comfortable office very clean and friendly.

So nice to be able to call the office and have the phone answered by staff in a timely manner. Staff was pleasant and smiled, which was nice. Dr. was amazing.

Dr Hartkop is a kind and approachable physician. Very knowledgeable and relatable. Dr Hartkop was very aware of my oncology history with Dr [...] and all recent past test results. My provider is always a "10". My only concern is reaching staff about billing for aftercare issues. I have had to leave messages and emails to resolve issues. Not sure what can be changed to improve this aspect, but overall the staff is otherwise helpful, friendly and respectful.

Everyone was very courteous and friendly. I love my doctor. She is so patient, gives me the time, stays in the room for as long as I need her to be to answer questions or concerns. Has always said to just text if any problems come up or any questions. I'm very happy that I have her as my internist.

Dr. Hartkop was very, very helpful. She let me raised all my concerns, she answered all my questions and she already had a game plan in mind when she called me. She just used my input to fine tune it, but she really knew what she was talking about before she even called. I had been to the emergency room, which she knew about and she already looked at my back records and decided how we should proceed. She also recommended someone to me, to follow-up with in a specialized area and so I am on the waiting list as well, to get in touch with that person

Sounds like I was supposed to have blood work before this meeting but I was not informed

I had a seizure while being seen. The doctor quickly called my neurologist, provided the information she received from the neurologist. Described the details of the seizure. I was very grateful.

Very efficient office

The staff is real patient with you. At the end of the day they always ask you is there anything you need to know or ask any questions. They are really concerned about your health thank you.

I have extreme eye problems, virtually very bad, and no longer driving. My concern is being able to reach Dr. Hartkop at sometime, if I needed her. I really am not computer literate so that's difficult for me and it scares me not being able to contact her.
